We are committed to providing high-quality car wash services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our service or wish to cancel your booking, please read our Refund Policy below.
1. Who is Eligible for a Refund?
If the service provider cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the service, you will receive a 100% refund.
If you cancel within 12-24 hours before the service, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the service, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet) within 5-7 business days.

3. Special Conditions
Incorrect information provided at the time of booking may disqualify you from a refund.
If the service is canceled due to natural calamities (heavy rain, storm, etc.), the amount may be adjusted or refunded without deductions.
