Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation:

You can cancel your car wash booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service for free.

No refund will be provided if you cancel within 2 hours of the service.

2. Rescheduling:

You can reschedule your booking 24 hours in advance at no extra charge.

Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.

3. Refund Policy:

If we cancel your service due to any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel from your side, the refund policy will follow the above terms.

4. Exceptional Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel services temporarily due to floods, storms, or unforeseen conditions (Force Majeure).

We also reserve the right to modify these terms under special circumstances.
